One of my favorite local auctions is studio ramynke in yakima ave between 3rd ave and 4th ave. Please visit the website http://www.auctionyakima.com for auctions days and times, they also post photos days before the auction so you can view some of the items. Professional, not to many people and you can leave with some good bargains so stop by and have some fun.

Heathkit GC 1195
Heathkit GC 1195 - This clock came out of the 5 feet cabinet that heathkit put out on the late 70's. It sold for $169.95 and you could add Electronically Synthesized Webminster Chimes for $69.95. This extra circuit board that you could install on GC-1195 and on GC-1197 provided a rich electronically synthesized Big Ben chimes ont 1/4 hour, 1/2 hour and onthe hour. [Kit GCA-1195-1]
This clock also was sold as a shelf clock instead of the cabinet as model [GC 1197]. These clocks are very collectible and hard to find.

VAN GARD AUCTION (May 11, 2009) Yakima
The van gard auction on may 11, 2009 yakima washington didn't go to well for me. There was a total of 4 units for auction, 3 was mostly junk didn't bid on it, one was clean, hand tools, tool chest drawer, power tools, commercial meat slicer, not a bad unit for around $200.00 or $300.00 but it sold for $800.00 plus. The same guy got all 4 units. I think he takes his stuff to the auction in prosser.

Eico & Heathkits Unassembled - Great Find
To me this was a great find. I am a nut for vintage electronics and when I won this locker full of vintage electronics equipment and electronics parts new never used still in the original boxes I was going crazy. I finally got lots of inventory of good stuff to sell on eBay and on my store. I paid $600.00 for this storage unit and I took 5 pick up loads out of this unit. Very little garbage. Usually when you get a storage unit 50% or more is garbage but this one it was good. I already sold about $6000.00 worth on eBay and I still have boxes full of stuff to post on eBay and on my personal store.
Some of the stuff I got out of the self-storage auction was these Eico and Heath kits new never assemble from the 1950's or 1960' still in their original boxes. These are very collectible and hard to find in this condition. Here's how much some sold on eBay for: Eico ST97 Sold $210.27 Eico ST96 Sold: $180.00 Eico ST70 Sold: $535.00 Heath kit Audio Equalizer AD1305 Sold: $305.00 These are just few items so not bad for a $600.00 investment.
Probably one of my favorite finds, you don't get these type of lockers often but once in awhile you get lucky.
Thank You
